THE TROFEO DELLE INDUSTRIE IS READY TO CELEBRATE ITS 44th EDITION. APPOINTMENT IN LONATO NEXT 23-25 OCTOBER.

The 44th Trofeo delle Industrie is scheduled for next 23-25 October at South Garda
Karting of Lonato. Entry lists to open next 21 September, a cap of 54 drivers has
been set for KF Junior and KZ2, of 34 drivers in KF and of 45 in 60 Mini.
The 44th edition of the Trofeo delle Industrie, the most ancient International karting race
that still takes place, will be run in a bit more than a month with the organization of Parma
Karting. The 2015 event is scheduled for next 23-25 October at South Garda Karting of
Lonato del Garda (Brescia). Entry lists to open on 21 September.
Part of the CIK-FIA International calendar, the Trofeo delle Industrie is still a milestone in the
history of karting, since its first edition back in 1971 when it began featuring a numerous and topclass
entry list. The biggest names of karting are now part of its very rich palmarès.
Among the very many big names present in this race, some champions that continued their path in
motor-sport like the current Formula 1 driver Daniil Kvyat who won the Trofeo delle Industrie of
2008 in KF3.
This year the Trofeo delle Industrie will have on track the usual categories 60 Mini, KF Junior, KF
and KZ2. Regarding KF and KF Junior, this is going to be one of the very last International
chances to see these two classes on track ahead of the introduction of the single-speed classes
OK that will make their debut in 2016

A total of 180 drivers made it to the track last year. The absolute Trophy was won by the very
young Leonardo Marseglia on CRG-Lke run by Team Gamoto, on track in 60 Mini. In KZ2, the
victory went to the Swede Kevin Engman, on Zanardi-Parilla, that took over from Davide Forè on
top. The victory in KF was claimed by Stefano Cucco, on Top Kart-Tm, while the Austrian Simon
Reicher (FA Kart-Vortex) won the KF Junior.
Entries can be submitted from 21 September until 10 October 2015, by filling the form available at
www.trofeodelleindustrie.it. A maximum of 54 drivers will be accepted for categories KF Junior and
KZ2, 34 for KF and 45 for 60 Mini.
The provisional programme features Free Practice and Sporting Scrutineering on Friday 23
October, Practice, Qualifying and Heats for Saturday 24 October, Second Chance Races,
Prefinals, Finals and Prize Ceremony for Sunday 25 October.
